These two requirements are very important so that the correct number of teams can be entered.

This Winter, a number of Men’s team captains have struggled to field teams, partly through unfortunate circumstances but also because people have often not been as available as they stated.
The two bottom Ladies’ teams, however, have been chosen from squads of 10+ players, because extra names were added to the list after teams were entered. An extra Ladies’ team could have been entered if nearly all of the members had signed up on time.
